A mentor-driven founder immersion experience designed to accelerate high growth potential ventures through direct, candid engagement with experienced founders, operators, and investors.
Get InvolvedMentorCamp is a mentor-driven founder immersion experience designed to accelerate high growth potential ventures through direct, candid engagement with experienced founders, operators, and investors.
Unlike traditional conferences or accelerator programs, MentorCamp is built around working sessions — not just presentations and Q&A — where founders engage in real conversations, challenge assumptions, and refine their approach in real time.
MentorCamp extends beyond structured sessions to create an environment for deeper connection and collaboration. The program includes curated group experiences, shared meals, and unique opportunities for founders and mentors to engage in more informal settings.
MentorCamp brings together a cohort of 8+ hand-selected Northwest Arkansas ventures and 30+ high-impact mentors from across the globe, the United States, and the region. The program is centered around structured, small-group mentoring sessions where each group is intentionally composed of mentors from diverse backgrounds, industries, and geographies. Founders rotate through these sessions, engaging with different mentor groups and accelerating their thinking through rapid, high-quality feedback loops.
More meaningful mentor access per founder than any traditional accelerator. Sustained, structured, and built around your actual challenges — not a one-time introduction.
Each mentor group is intentionally composed across industries, geographies, and company stages. Every rotation surfaces a different angle on the same problem.
Not presentations. Not Q&A. Structured working sessions where founders challenge assumptions and refine strategy in real time — with people who have been there.
The formal program is the starting point. MentorCamp creates the conditions for mentor-founder relationships that generate impact long after the four days end.
